Welcome to 3Dup! By using the 3Dup app (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Overview

3Dup, developed and maintained by Brilabs Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), is a mobile application that allows users to capture real-world objects and generate 3D assets. The App offers both free and paid features, including token-based generation and subscription plans.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use 3Dup. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian permission.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for:

  • Any content or objects you scan.
  • Ensuring you have the legal right or permission to scan and reproduce any object.
  • Not scanning, distributing, or generating content that violates intellectual property rights or local laws.

Important Disclaimer:
We are not responsible for the nature, legality, or ownership of the objects scanned using 3Dup.
We act only as a tool provider—like a camera. You are solely accountable for what you scan and how you use it.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

3Dup offers subscriptions and consumable tokens for generating 3D content. These are billed through Apple’s in-app purchase system and managed via RevenueCat.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
  • Token purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple account settings.

5. Account Data

When you register, you provide a username, name, and email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We are not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content generated using the App is owned by the user unless it violates third-party rights. We claim no ownership over your 3D models.

However, you may not:

  • Copy, reverse-engineer, or replicate our software.
  • Use the App to generate infringing or illegal content.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if we believe you've violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brilabs Solutions LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or profits
  • Claims related to object ownership or scanned content

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
